Eyes silent
A child crying
Lyin' on the floor
Cold
Numb
Rain begins to pour
The sore thoughts
Ache in memories
Brought back
Through pictures
Figures formed
In puddles
A struggle to breathe
Relief
Held by regret
Shed blood
Shed tears
Shed sweat
That fear crept
Of being alone
No one answerin' the phone
And no mail to be read
A heart stops
As the moon sets
A single thread
Blown into the wind
Caught by a cough
Followed wid heavin'
Deafenin' of voices
That once brought a smile
A faint scent

Denial
