Yesterday.

so yesterday i was one of the paul bearers for my uncle's funeral. i felt so honored to be a part of that process. most def, it was tough to see and hear the cries of my auntie and the rest of the family. but i am happy that uncle lyndon is with God now and he can watch us from there.

in light of the spirit of celebrating life, i finally got to hang out with my cousin aj, who is the first son of my uncle lyndon, last night. definitely some good times, just drinking, having laughs, and really enjoying the moment of togetherness, with the rest of our cousins. always feels so good to be with fam. especially since we don't get together as often as we used to, when we were all growing up, nowadays since we are all older, time is taken away by jobs, school, and what have you. so i love being able to indulge in these moments so much.
